Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, and other areas, ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for our clients and employees.
- Empty trash and recyclables, and replace trash bags as needed.
- Clean floors, dust furniture and walls, and polish windows to maintain a high level of cleanliness and shine.
- Operate cleaning equipment and supplies in accordance with Kimco's standards and protocols.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
