As a Mortgage Loan Specialist at NVR Mortgage, you will engage directly with our homebuying clients from Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and Heartland Homes. Your role will significantly influence the homebuying journey for our customers while fostering an atmosphere of respect, empowerment, and professional growth. Your expertise in customer relations and financial processes will enable you to assist families in acquiring quality homes within their communities. You will serve as a vital link between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department, ensuring a supportive and pleasant home purchasing experience.

This position requires on-site presence in our NVR mortgage offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance the customer experience by maintaining regular communication and delivering outstanding service to homebuyers.
  • Ensure continuous interaction with NVR Mortgage and Homebuilding personnel throughout the loan processing journey.
  • Oversee multiple loan applications, gather and document customer details, and guarantee timely mortgage processing.
  • Prepare loan files, request necessary documentation (e.g., VOE's, VOD's, credit reports), and follow up on submitted and pending applications.
  • Organize closing documentation, verifying the accuracy and completeness of loan files before transferring them to the closing department.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with real estate documentation, underwriting guidelines, compliance, and procedures is preferred.
