Mixologist and Beverage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixologist and Beverage Specialist to join our team at Fun Land OpCo LLC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, according to recipes and company standards.
• Provide Exceptional Service: Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Maintain a Clean and Welcoming Environment: Keep the bar area clean and tidy, including washing glasses and cleaning the bar top and surrounding areas.
• Restock Supplies: Restock supplies during slow operational hours, including alcohol, ice, fruit, beer kegs, and beer cooler.
• Handle Cash and Credit Transactions: Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring all orders are accounted for in the POS system.
• Work with Management Team: Work with the management team to achieve year-over-year growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

• Friendly and Upbeat Attitude: Possess a friendly and upbeat attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Bar Experience: Have previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting, with a strong understanding of drink recipes and pour sizes.
• Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including the ability to operate a POS system.
• Mathematical Skills: Have strong mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate figures such as discount, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume, cost, and tip share.
• Reasoning Ability: Possess strong reasoning ability, including the ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.
