Responsibilities- Provide Direct Patient Care: Implement and monitor patient care plans, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Coordinate with Healthcare Team: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor Patient Condition: Assess and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history to identify potential health issues.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate with Patients and Families: Provide education and support to patients and their families to ensure a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
- Licensure and Certification: Current RN licensure in the state of Texas and BLS certification required.
- Education: Diploma or associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program required.
