Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As an Interventional Radiology Technologist PRN at TriStar Summit Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing interventional radiology exams following established protocols and procedures
- Preparing procedure trays with appropriate supplies
- Prepping and draping patients and equipment prior to procedures
- Scrubbing and assisting with procedures while maintaining sterile technique
- Providing post-procedure care to patients, including holding pressure, cleaning, suturing, and bandaging
- Pulling needed equipment and circulating for cases as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A degree from an ARRT-accredited RT program
- No less than two years of general diagnostic radiology experience (preferably with one year of interventional experience)
- Current BLS and RT certifications
