We are looking for an enthusiastic Interventional Radiology Technologist PRN to help us reach our goals. Unlock your potentialJob Summary and QualificationsYou will perform Interventional Radiology exams following protocols and in a timely manner, ensuring a high quality of care. What you will do in this role: You will prepare procedure trays with appropriate supplies You will prep and drape of patient and equipment prior to procedure. You will scrub and assist with procedures maintaining sterile technique. You will provide post procedure care to the patient (includes holding pressure as well as cleaning, suturing and bandaging of procedure site) You will pull needed equipment/product, circulating for cases as needed and where appropriate.  What qualifications you will need:  Degree from ARRT accredited RT program required. No less than (2) years of general diagnostic radiology experience preferred (1) Year of Interventional experience is strongly preferred. Current BLS and RT certifications required. TriStar Summit is a 200 bed comprehensive facility. We serve Davidson, Wilson and surrounding counties. We include a Level III Trauma Center. We offer a full array of acute care services. These include cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation and women’s services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. We are a Primary Stroke Center.
