About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse Electrophysiology Lab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to the advancement of nursing practice.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the electrophysiology lab, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in electrophysiology and nursing practice.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
- One to three years' experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician.
