Job Summary

The Registered Nurse promotes and provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. The nurse demonstrates professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while providing the foundation of all patient-centered nursing care.

The ideal candidate will have minimally 2 years of Tele experience in an acute care setting and previous Cardiac Cath, Electrophysiology, or Invasive Vascular Lab experience. The nurse will communicate with physicians and other nursing staff about patient needs, administer IV's and medications to aid in patient health, and use medical equipment to monitor patient vital signs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing
  • Current RN licensure in Florida
  • Current BLS through American Heart Association
  • Current ACLS through American Heart Association
  • Critical Care experience, preferred
  • Previous Cardiac Cath, Electrophysiology, or Invasive Vascular Lab experience, preferred
