Responsibilities:

The Business Systems Analyst will evaluate all facets of our operational processes and investigate both existing and prospective systems for enhancements. This role involves addressing and resolving issues while proposing new procedural frameworks.

  • Analyze current and prospective business practices.
  • Identify viable solutions for software system challenges.
  • Document recurring patterns, inquiries, and other concerns for management review.
  • Propose strategies for optimizing and reorganizing organizational procedures.
  • Oversee the status of company systems and communicate any developments or modifications.
  • Conduct research and assess potential upgrades and enhancements. Define specifications for new initiatives.
  • Manage sanctioned projects from inception to execution.
  • Serve as project leader for modifications to business applications.
  • Draft comprehensive descriptions of user requirements, program functionalities, and the steps necessary to develop or adjust software applications.
  • Present proposed application initiatives to management and oversee customizations.
  • Create user-centric documentation for business applications.
  • Facilitate and deliver training sessions for users on business applications.

Compensation Range: $35-$65
