Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Assist guests with their luggage and provide information about the hotel's amenities and services.
- Room Preparation: Ensure that guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards, including providing guests with a thorough orientation of the room's features and amenities.
- Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner, using a positive and clear speaking voice.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Radio Communication: Operate radios efficiently and professionally to communicate with hotel staff and ensure the proper use of radio etiquette.
- Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a Bell Attendant role, with hotel experience preferred.
- Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional guest service.
