Medical Historian

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plasma Center Technician/Entry Level Phlebotomist at BioLife Plasma Services.

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
• Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes through company-approved procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure a clean and professional work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned (CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT).
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.

• Experience working in food service, retail, hospital, lab, or a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced workplace.
