Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plasma Center Technician to join our team. As a Plasma Center Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to donors, collecting plasma, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, answering phones, and greeting donors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Operate state-of-the-art plasmapheresis machines, ensuring the safety of donors and maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
  • Work closely with management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to center processes.
  • Support a fast-paced team environment, attending team meetings, and problem-solving together.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned (CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT).
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in food service, retail, hospital, lab, or a regulated environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $19.50, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and company match. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive up to 80 hours of sick time and up to 120 hours of paid vacation per calendar year.
