About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team on the 3rd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production lines and operations in the bakery, ensuring quality of product and delivery to distribution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production associates to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Some College is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience in production, preferably in the food processing industry or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Estimated Salary: $70,000-$90,000 per year
