Caregiver & Medication Administer

Birmingham Green Health Center for Comm Cnts invites applications from skilled Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in Manassas, Virginia. As a leading provider of person-centered care, we offer a supportive environment for our patients and a chance to make a real difference in their lives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in medication administration, patient care planning, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Order and dispense medications according to physician's orders
- Carry out admissions and re-admissions
- Document activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets, various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc.
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A current license to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- CPR certification
- Able to work weekends
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $55,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience, plus excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
