We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Darwill, Inc.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders
  • Operate pallet jacks and other machinery to move products in and out of trucks
  • Maintain accurate records of receipts, including quantity, quality, and purchase order numbers
  • Deliver products to internal personnel in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with cycle counts and maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and supervisors

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend/twist frequently

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
