Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Specialist to join our team at kyyba. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual communications, with experience in developing and creating visual content, writing and editing, and managing intranet pages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create visual communication solutions, including animation, video, photography, and other media

  • Provide advanced-level writing and editing for content creation and development

  • Support the development of the communication strategy for IT Americas

  • Oversee the conception and execution of communication projects

  • Manage intranet pages through periodic content and design refresh

  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure correct messaging and achievement of objectives

  • Plan clear progressions of ideation by implementing structure into the creative process

  • Deliver content through careful management of deadlines and workflows

  • Manage assignments and activities performed by Graphics & Communications Intern

  • Interact with users to gather feedback to enhance user experience

  • Drive development and communication of design guidelines and patterns

  • Deliver work-effort as part of Agile projects

Preferred Skills/Proficiencies:

  • Web design or development
  • Application design or development
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or other graphics/video editing software

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in the field of design or visual communications

  • 5+ years of strong organizational skills

  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in communications field curating written and/or verbal communication

  • 3+ years of experience working with and/or creating design systems

  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with customers requesting visual and written communications

  • Must have strong user experience M365 products (which includes; Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint & Teams as a base)

  • Video content creation (i.e. tutorials and best practices), Any experience with Ambassador programs would be ideal, if they have technical experience that they could be live in front of customers regarding Office Suite, Teams, Teams, Outlook applications

Education:
B.A., B.F.A., or B.S. in Art, Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
