Job Overview

As a Digital Product Owner - IT, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital experience of Hubbell's B2B & B2C web applications and digital services. Your primary responsibility will be to help deliver on Hubbell's vision and value realization by working closely with various partners across IT, corporate functions, and business units to develop the overall Digital product roadmap and ensure successful project execution.

A Day in the Life

As a Digital Product Owner - IT, your day will be filled with defining and prioritizing the product roadmap and delivery team/vendor, while balancing budget, timelines, and other constraints. You will partner to develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment to the organization's product strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage intake & prioritization of customer requirements
  • Translate business needs to technical teams
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals
  • Meet IT's requirements such as expectations on compliance, security, scalability, and project methodology
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Relationship Management
  • 5+ years of Project Management (SaaS products)
  • 5+ years of Vendor Management (SI)
  • Technology experience should include .Net, Cloud Native Technologies, eCommerce stacks (Ideally MACH)
  • Focused on web applications and eCommerce, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution
  • Demonstrated experience effectively presenting to a broad range of collaborators, up to C-Level Executives
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • PMI, PMO, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification is preferred
