Job Summary

DirectedLINK is seeking a skilled Data Center Technician to maintain the reliability of our physical hardware infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining hardware infrastructure in datacenters and proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining physical hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain physical hardware infrastructure reliability, including cooling, power, environmental control, offsite backup, physical security, equipment installs and decommissioning, vendor escort and access control, and asset inventory.
  • Install, configure, and maintain physical hardware, as well as diagnose and repair faults.
  • Work closely with the DirectedLINK team to ensure seamless data center operations.

Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience maintaining hardware infrastructure in datacenters.
  • Associate degree in information technology, computer science or systems analysis.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Current Driver's License with no restrictions.

Preferred Skills:
