Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will play a vital role in the multidisciplinary Genetics and Maternal Fetal Medicine program. Responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with high-risk pregnancies.
- Providing both inpatient and outpatient care.
- Maintaining a productive clinical portfolio.
Additional responsibilities encompass teaching and mentoring trainees and students, alongside engaging in scholarly activities. Academic rank and compensation, which includes an attractive benefits package, will be determined based on qualifications.
Program Highlights:
Our academic section boasts a high volume of outpatient obstetrical cases, a consultation service, and a large ultrasound unit featuring a fetal center. We also serve as a tertiary referral center for surrounding hospitals through our extensive perinatal network.

- Commitment to obstetrical quality.
- An advanced OB anesthesia program.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a medical doctorate or equivalent.
- Hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois.
- Have completed an accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Have completed an accredited fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine or possess equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate significant knowledge or have completed an accredited residency in medical genetics.
- Be eligible or board certified in medical genetics by ABMGG or board certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine by ABOG.
