TEPHRA is seeking a highly experienced Senior Life Sciences Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our advisory services, you will drive business transformation and growth for pharmaceutical and medical devices companies.
Key Responsibilities- Drive advisory opportunity discovery and diagnostics, shaping an end-state vision for clients' businesses in Sales and Marketing and/or After Sales Services areas.
- Guide clients in adopting leading-edge business processes and best practices, leveraging the expertise of our staff and client team members.
- Confidently manage client stakeholders and our client resources to deliver results, participating in executive-level client Steering Committee meetings and resolving conflicts among stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program budgets and costs, fostering shared accountability for results-based implementation plans.
- Facilitate the development of Life Sciences asset advancements by submitting to our client intellectual capital repository.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, with a strong understanding of business processes, KPIs, challenges, and industry trends and regulations.
- Experience in IT enablement and business transformations, with a holistic knowledge of business and IT landscapes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
- Strong team building skills, strategy, and operations thinking, solution, and result orientation, intercultural competence.
- Direct working experience in the LS related industry for a minimum of 5 years.
- MS/MBA degree.
