Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Medicaid Eligibility Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for screening patients for Medicaid eligibility and assisting them in accessing the resources they need to receive quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen patients for Medicaid eligibility and assist them in completing applications
  • Work closely with hospital staff to identify patients who may be eligible for Medicaid
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Meet production goals and objectives as assigned by management
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to type minimum 40 WPM
  • Reliable transportation
  • Good attendance and dependability
  • Successful completion of drug and background test required
