Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Medicaid Eligibility Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for screening patients for Medicaid eligibility and assisting them in accessing the resources they need to receive quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Screen patients for Medicaid eligibility and assist them in completing applications
- Work closely with hospital staff to identify patients who may be eligible for Medicaid
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Meet production goals and objectives as assigned by management
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to type minimum 40 WPM
- Reliable transportation
