We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a Health Care Facility Surveyor. This is a full-time position with Impact Recruiting Solutions, a Quality Improvement Consulting Company.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work and experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve long-term care residents. They should also possess strong decision-making skills, be able to travel up to 75% of the time, and maintain current licensure as an LCSW.

Responsibilities
  • Accrediting and certifying facilities serving long-term care residents
  • Managing the survey process independently and effectively
  • Traveling regularly (up to 75%) to various locations
Requirements
  • Mastery of social work principles and practices
  • At least two years of recent experience in surveying long-term care facilities
  • Current licensure as an LCSW
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel extensively
