  • Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with IT development teams to address data-related issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure the smooth functioning of business applications.
  • Documentation and Communication: Document and communicate data quality issues, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance data accuracy.
  • Test Planning and Support: Assist in the preparation of test scenarios, test plans, and support end-user acceptance testing related to regulatory reporting data.
  • Regulatory Knowledge and Best Practices: Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, providing insights and recommendations to improve data processes.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to automate and streamline data processes related to regulatory reporting.
  • Efficiency Gains and Automation: Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and automation in the regulatory reporting data management lifecycle.
Requirements and Preferences
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting data analysis.
  • Skills: Strong Excel skills required, good understanding of complex databases/SQL, Python preferred. CFA and/or CPA highly preferred.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and financial industry regulations.
  • Reporting Requirements: Experience with Federal Reserve and FFIEC reporting requirements and processes.
  • Liquidity Management: Strong understanding of liquidity management concepts and FR 2052a data and reporting process.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in data mapping and data quality assessment.
  • Regulatory Reporting Systems: Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems and databases.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality data.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and implement data management best practices accordingly.
  • AxiomSL/Adenza System: Knowledge of AxiomSL/Adenza system is a plus.
