Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Jacent Strategic. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, and building retail displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising execution
  • Execute merchandising resets to drive sales and improve store appearance
  • Build retail displays that showcase products in an attractive and appealing manner
  • Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to maximize sales
  • Implement plan-o-grams to optimize store layouts and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable in changing environments and able to meet physical requirements of the role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with business partners
  • Reside within 20 miles of Nogales, AZ
