Data Protection Specialist

WHOOP is seeking an experienced Data Protection Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security procedures, controls, and automations to protect our systems and data.
About the Role:- The Data Protection Specialist will have a strong background in data security, with experience in conducting regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- You will be working closely with our GRC team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in an Information Security, IT Security, or similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
