About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Protection and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data protection and compliance initiatives for our clients in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data protection and compliance programs for our clients.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our clients' systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations related to data protection and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Analysis, Information Cybersecurity.
  • Five years of progressive experience in data protection and compliance, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, NIST standards, PCI, and similar constructs.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
