Mohawk Industries, a leading global flooring manufacturer, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our flooring production team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality flooring products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove jams from conveyors and ensure smooth production flow
  • Verify that all tiles are properly aligned on conveyors
  • Manually palletize cartons onto a pallet for efficient storage and transportation
  • Load cardboard into the Cartojet machine for processing
  • Reload plastic film into the SmiPac shrink wrap machine
  • Assist the Cutting Operator in sewing carpet
  • Operate a PIT as needed to support production
  • Participate in job-related training to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Follow established standard operating procedures to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Complete other tasks assigned by management to support team goals
