Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Laundry Service Tech to provide troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair on our industrial Washer/Dryer appliances. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, and technological repairs on commercial laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and air vending machines.
  • Proactively manage maintenance requirements to minimize downtime and reduce the need for future service calls.
  • Maintain a stock of parts in your company vehicle to ensure prompt and effective repairs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by instructing customers on safe and effective operation of appliances and equipment.
  • Test equipment to ensure it's fully functioning before leaving a delivery location.
  • Keep delivery locations clean and safe, adhering to our high standards of service.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
