As an Industrial Appliance Service Technician, you will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (weekend work is optional). Your primary responsibility will be to perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs on our industrial washer and dryer appliances within your designated service area.
Your workday will begin and end at home, with a company vehicle and gas card provided for your convenience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, and technological issues on commercial laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and air vending machines.
- Proactively manage maintenance needs to ensure machines operate reliably, minimizing the necessity for future service calls.
- Maintain an inventory of parts in your company vehicle to ensure you are always equipped to deliver prompt solutions.
- Educate customers on the safe and effective operation of appliances and equipment.
- Conduct tests on equipment to verify full functionality before concluding service visits.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety at delivery locations, contributing to our commitment to Best-in-Class service.
