Position Summary:

The Retail Product Specialist is responsible for ensuring optimal product presentation and availability on retail shelves. This includes managing product rotation, organizing inventory during deliveries, constructing attractive displays, and maintaining point of sale materials to drive sales of our brands.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Manage equipment and point of sale materials
  • Assist with retail deliveries as needed
  • Support the placement and installation of merchandising displays in retail locations
  • Stock shelves according to established schematics
  • Adhere to company policies regarding product freshness and rotation
  • Monitor the condition of point of sale materials and coordinate replacements
  • Follow product handling procedures as per retailer policies
  • Maintain adherence to the route schedule for effective account coverage
  • Construct and maintain retail displays as directed
  • Respond to urgent retail order requests
  • Comply with company policies and legal regulations regarding invoicing and payment collection
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members
  • Complete required training and development programs
  • Participate in company meetings as necessary
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Demonstrated work ethic and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented with effective communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Experience in wholesale beverage distribution or supplier operations

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift products weighing up to 165 lbs.
  • Capability to hang merchandise as required
  • Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs. overhead
  • Ability to bend and push/pull up to 340 lbs. on a two-wheeler
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend and occasionally squat
  • Repetitive carrying and reaching tasks
  • Ability to perform job-related tasks safely while using necessary safety equipment

Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean background.
