Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fixed Asset Manager to join our finance team at 21st Century Equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing company assets, including maintenance, repair, and disposal. You will also ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage fixed assets, including depreciation and capitalization
- Coordinate periodic physical inventory of fixed assets
- Reconcile GL balances to depreciation software reports
- Assist with tax matters and month-end closing process
- Collaborate with controller and other finance staff to update accruals of real estate and personal property expense

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years related accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Experience with CDK ERP system and/or Asset Keeper fixed asset program preferred

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
