Manufacturing Financial Executive

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Financial Executive to lead our financial operations in Bluff City, Tennessee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting and decision-making, ensuring the accuracy of costs and inventory transactions, and developing tax strategies to minimize liabilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in cost accounting and GAAP experience. You will be responsible for managing the accounting function, including cash management, AR/AP, payroll, inventory, capital assets, and tooling. Additionally, you will develop and execute tax strategies to minimize liabilities and increase the bottom line.

• Oversight of the entire accounting function of the plant
• Lead month-end and year-end processes and ensure all filing and reporting
• Develop and execute tax strategies to minimize liabilities and increase the bottom line
• Manage tax preparation and collaborate with external CPA firms
• Approve all standard and non-standard journal entries; ensure adequate backup
• Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with local GAAP/IFRS

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of financial management experience in manufacturing
• GAAP experience and cost accounting skills
• Effective English communication skills with all levels of employees
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
