RT Vent Clinical Coordinator

The Respiratory Therapist Vent Clinician plays a critical role in delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients in need. This role requires a highly skilled and compassionate individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Equipment Management: Maintain complex respiratory equipment, including ventilators, to ensure optimal performance.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Education: Provide education and training to patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and strategies.
- Education: Associate degree from an AMA-approved respiratory program.
- Experience: One year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT, HME RT, or clinical nursing with Vent experience.
- Licensure: Valid and unrestricted RT clinical license in all states serviced by the branch.
- Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
