Ventilation Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Ventilation Therapist to join our team at AdaptHealth LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide top-notch care to patients in need of ventilator support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory patient care, including ventilation therapy, to ensure optimal outcomes. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide high-quality respiratory patient care, including ventilation therapy, to meet individual needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop, and implement effective care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, physicians, and referral sources to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Valid and unrestricted Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in all states serviced by the branch.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT or HME RT with ventilation experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds, stand, bend, and sit for extended periods.

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
