Job Overview

Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in a school setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing services to students in grades K-12.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to students in a school environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' communication goals
  • Provide indirect services, such as consultation and training, to support students' communication development
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Active or pending state SLPA license
  • Previous school experience and IEP exposure is preferred, but not required
  • Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
