Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
- Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Excellent clinical skills, including medication administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $32.48 - $42.00/hour, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and mentorship, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
