The Role of a Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Winship Green, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop effective care plans.">
  • Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by medical professionals.">
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information to ensure timely interventions.">
  • Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed to promote resident comfort and healing.">
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery and address any emerging concerns.">
  • Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).">
