About the Role

Caterpillar's Operations Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed to accelerate development of entry-level talent and provide a solid foundation for meeting challenges within operations and manufacturing.

This program offers a broad exposure to Caterpillar, diverse project responsibilities, engagement in a global team, cross-functional job experiences, and valuable networking opportunities with all levels of Caterpillar leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete three 12-month rotations, defined based on business needs
  • Travel and relocate to any participating facility in North America upon hire and throughout each rotation
  • Participate in projects including manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain management
  • Develop technical capabilities for managing Caterpillar's Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain functions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing/other relevant Engineering or Technology degree
  • Minimum cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.8/4.0 (no rounding) at current institution
  • Expected graduation date by August 2025
  • Willingness to travel and relocate domestically
