Position Overview
As the Operating Room Nurse Manager, you will:
- Report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer
- Oversee the Operating Room, Procedure Rooms, Preoperative Assessment, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, Sterile Processing Department, and OR Scheduling
- Manage all surgical specialties with the exception of cardiac and ophthalmic procedures
- Ideally, possess extensive surgical experience and demonstrate strong relationship-building capabilities alongside business acumen
- Facilitate approximately 4,000 surgical procedures annually

- Establishing protocols for timely surgical starts, turnover efficiency, and physician performance metrics
- Enhancing engagement among staff and physicians
- Assessing requirements for an additional surgical suite
