Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Spa Attendant to join our team at Sarah Akram Skincare. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our spa facilities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Fold and maintain linens and towels to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Track and report any maintenance or repairs needed for laundry equipment.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities at all times.
  • Respond to guest requests with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of laundry supplies and consumables, and restock as needed.
  • Adhere to all state, local, and spa health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Friendly and customer-oriented personality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Ability to be on your feet for long periods with light lifting.
