Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team at SARAH AKRAM SKINCARE. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our spa facilities. Your duties will include cleaning, sanitizing, and folding laundry, as well as ensuring the safe operation of laundry equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Fold and maintain laundry, including towels and linens, to ensure a clean and orderly environment for our guests.
  • Track maintenance and repairs made to laundering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility at all times, adhering to state, local, and spa health and safety rules and regulations.
  • Respond to guest requests with professionalism and patience, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of laundry supplies and consumables, restocking as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a laundry attendant, housekeeper, or cleaner is preferred.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Friendly, customer-oriented personality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work quickly without compromising quality and be on your feet all day with light lifting.
