Empathetic Caregiver Needed

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Nogales/Rio Rico area. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing end-of-life care to patients and their families, focusing on comfort, support, and dignity.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Care: Assist patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
  2. Daily Living Assistance: Support patients with daily tasks, ensuring comfort, safety, and a clean environment.
  3. Emotional Support: Offer compassionate comfort to patients and families, creating a calm and safe atmosphere.
  4. Prioritize Comfort: Make comfort and care your top priority, helping patients and families feel supported and at ease.
  5. Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide personalized, sincere care that addresses patient and family needs promptly and thoughtfully.

Your Qualifications:

  • Active CNA license in Arizona
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 6 months of experience in healthcare preferred, but dedication and compassion are most important
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidentiality, professionalism, and a deep respect for patients' diverse needs and beliefs
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a MUST
