Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine customer vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Estimate costs and perform repairs efficiently, adhering to dealership guidelines
  • Document services performed and maintain accurate records
  • Request necessary parts and effectively utilize available technologies to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain CSI at or above Company standards and ensure a clean, safe work environment
Requirements:
  • Thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems
  • Demonstrable mechanical skills and knowledge
  • Technical training or commensurate technical experience required
  • Valid Driver's License and state inspection/emissions license required
  • Completed manufacturer training to perform warranty repairs/recalls, PDI's, maintenance, and minor repairs
