About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at LC Staffing. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and products that meet our high standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and products using SolidWorks and other design tools
  • Conduct analysis and testing to ensure product performance and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement design improvements
  • Communicate with vendors and clients to troubleshoot designs and obtain specifications
  • Propagate downstream revisions to analyses, documentation, and drawings in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited program
  • Minimum of 5 years of verifiable work history as a Mechanical Design Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with SolidWorks modeling, drawings, and file management
