Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a partnering hospital in Frisco, Texas. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week contract position with the possibility of extension. You will work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, and will be required to respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility. Your duties will include but are not limited to respiratory care services to individual patients and their families by the application of the clinical process in assessing, care planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating the care given.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care services to individual patients and their families
  • Respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • 12 years minimum acute care experience
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
