Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Frisco, Texas.

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a top-performing hospital and contribute to the care and improvement of human life. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Current State Nursing License in Texas.
  • Minimum 1-year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
  • Appropriate certifications for the specific position.
