Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Therapeutic Instructor. As a member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

About the Role

As a Therapeutic Instructor, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes, schools, and our learning center
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborating with our BCBAs to ensure seamless delivery of services and continuous improvement of treatment plans
  • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss treatment progress and plan for future goals

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license
