Job Opportunity: Therapeutic Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Therapeutic Instructor to join our team at Critical Connection, inc. As a Therapeutic Instructor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional 1:1 ABA intervention to individual children, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement treatment plans, tracking progress and making data-driven decisions
  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
  • Participate in clinical meetings to review treatment progress and update plans as needed
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Ability to work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly in response to children's needs
  • Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license
