Job Overview

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $50-$57 per hour, depending on credentials and experience. As a valued member of our team, you will also have access to ongoing training opportunities and a supportive network of professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality virtual speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required.
  • You must hold a valid Oregon license as a Speech Language Pathologist. If residing outside of Oregon, you must also hold a license in your state of residence.
  • Bilingualism in Spanish is essential, requiring fluency in both speaking and writing.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in virtual teaching is preferred.
  • You must be able to provide your own liability insurance and be a US resident.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with school-aged children in a virtual setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and technology is also preferred.
