Salary Information

The hourly compensation for this position ranges from $80 to $95 per hour, depending on licensure. When seeing 25 clients per week, an individual can earn up to $104,000 annually (licensed: $117,000). For 30 clients per week, earnings reach $124,800 annually (licensed: $140,400), while 32 clients per week result in $133,120 annually (licensed: $149,760).

 

Job Description

We seek a highly skilled Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Oregon. As a therapist, you will provide clinical counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, treatment planning, care coordination, and adhering to all relevant laws, rules, and codes of ethics.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology. They must also be pre-licensed registered associates with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT) or clinical social work associates with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers. Pre-licensed associates must be in good standing with the relevant board, and candidates must be able to practice in the State of Oregon without restrictions. A passing score on a criminal background check is also required. Additionally, candidates should have computer skills and be able to learn electronic health record software, as well as be willing to panel with health insurance carriers.
